  1. Pricing Accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, inadvertent errors may occur. If you discover a pricing error after placing an Order, we reserve the right to cancel that Order and notify you promptly.
  2. Availability: All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is out of stock, Opovic will notify you and either cancel the Order or offer an alternative.
  3. Promotions & Discounts: Promotional codes, bundles, or special pricing are subject to specific terms (e.g., expiration dates, eligibility criteria). Opovic may withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.

5. How to Place an Order

  1. Browsing & Selection: You may browse Products by category or search by keyword. Clicking “Add to Cart” reserves the item in your virtual shopping cart.
  2. Checkout Process: At checkout, you must provide billing/shipping details and select a payment method. Before confirming, you may review your Order, shipping fees, taxes, and total cost.
  3. Order Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Order number, item details, and estimated delivery timeline. This email constitutes acceptance of your Order by Opovic.

6. Payment & Security

  1. Payment Methods: We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and approved Nigerian payment gateways (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). All payment information is processed by secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers; Opovic does not store card data on its servers.

  3. Pricing Currency: All prices on the Site are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.
  4. Taxes & Duties: All applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the listed product price. Buyers outside Nigeria are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Options: We offer standard and express delivery within Nigeria via our approved courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight/dimensions of your Order.
  2. Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times vary by location and product availability. While we strive to meet estimated dates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, weather).
  3. Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. You should inspect items immediately upon delivery and report any damage or missing items per our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Cancellation & Modification

  2. After Shipment: Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns; return shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable) will apply in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Warranty

      • Any errors or omissions in content, interruptions to service, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
    • Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Opovic for the Products or Services giving rise to the claim.
  3. Force Majeure
    • Opovic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.

  1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  2. Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal action, you and Opovic agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
  3. Jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.

14. Modification of Terms

  1. Opovic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date.
  2. Continued use of the Site or placement of an Order after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability
